When it comes to battery cables bigger is better.

A 36 volt system uses more amperage

than a 48 volt system to the same job.

So 36v requires a bigger cable

We use 2g on everything.

Bigger controllers & motors will draw more amperage

& require the bigger 2g cable.

EZGO SERIES

* OBC is the common accronym for the On Board Computer.

From 1995 - 2013.5 Club Car used an OBC to control the battery charging system. The main (-) battery cable runs through a small hole in this computer. The computer tracks the amperage flow.

The OEM cable end must be cut off to remove the cable and a double ended stud is installed in the hole so the new larger cable can be attached at each side of the OBC.

Stud kit and simple install instruction supplied where needed.
